30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We are confident in the quality of our services. Nextgen Hosting offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all shared, WordPress, and reseller hosting plans. If you are not completely satisfied within your first 30 days of service, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount.
Non-Refundable Services
Please note that the following services and products are not eligible for refunds:
- Domain Name Registrations, Transfers, and Renewals
- SSL Certificates
- Dedicated Servers
- Virtual Private Servers (VPS)
- Setup Fees and Custom Software Licenses
Prorated Refunds
After the initial 30 days, we do not issue prorated refunds for any unused time if you choose to cancel your service before the billing term ends.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to [email protected] from your registered email address. Include your invoice number and the reason for cancellation. Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days.
SLA Uptime Credit Policy
We guarantee a 99.9% network and server uptime. If we fail to meet this guarantee in a given month, you may request a credit for the downtime. Credits are issued in the form of hosting credit to your account and cannot be refunded to your original payment method.
