PSEB Launches National IT Freelance Digital Escrow & Real-Time Tax Exemption Grid (TechEscrow.pk): Transforming Remote Contracting and Export Monetization in 2026
The Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) in collaboration with MoITT and SBP has unveiled TechEscrow.pk, a sovereign digital escrow platform and automated 0.25% export tax exemption grid designed to protect freelancers from offshore disputes, bypass 20% platform commissions, and automate foreign exchange retention.
